Dr. Stacey Karzenski

Dr. Karzenski Having completed her undergraduate studies in Animal Science at Cornell University in 1984, Dr. Stacey Karzenski attended Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine where she received her DVM Degree in 1994. During her 4 years at Oklahoma State, Dr. Karzenski was awarded the Teresa Williams Memorial Scholarship, was a member of the Dean's List, received the Radiology and Outstanding Senior Award as well as a scholarship from the American Association of Equine Practitioners.

Following veterinary school graduation, Dr. Karzenski moved to Blacksburg, VA where she was chosen for a one-year medicine internship at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After this internship, she remained at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine where she completed a 3 year residency in large animal medicine and was awarded a Master's Degree in Veterinary Science.

A specialist in veterinary internal medicine, Dr. Karzenski is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM).

Dr. Karzenski has varied outside interests and hobbies. She enjoys horseback riding, hiking, gardening and particularly spending time with her numerous pets. Her pets include 2 dogs (Deco and Jetta) and 3 cats (Cracker, Niblet and Elsa).
