Do you have an older pet?  Maybe you’ve noticed that she is slower going up or down the stairs, or just doesn’t have the stamina for walks like she used to.  Are you noticing that she doesn’t always hear you when you come home?  Or is slower getting up to greet you?  Have you noticed that her eyes are a little hazy and she is a bit hesitant to go down stairs in the dark?  Maybe you’ve noticed that she is more anxious about noises or the business of your household.  These are all common changes that occur as pets age.  That doesn’t mean that we can’t help them have an enriched life!

Check out this article about the changes that occur in older pets.  It details what we can do to make sure we’re doing the best we can for our loyal companions.  They have enriched our lives for so many years, now it’s time to return the favor!
